K-Grand Hotel Seoul

The price was good. The linens were nice.

The hotel is near Seoul Station exit 13. This exit does not have an elevator or escalator. Then when you get to the hotel it is on the third floor without an elevator so from the train to the hotel is actually five flights of stairs up.

It's 2 minutes away from the entrance of Seoul Station.

The hotel is on the third floor, no elevator, it could be difficult to get to the hotel if you have heavy bags. Anyway for us it wasn't a big issue.

It pretty much clean. The provide earplugs.

There’s drunk homeless men hanging around the sidewalk in front of the building, possibly because of the two nearby soup kitchens for the homeless. Make sure you bring or ask for earplugs since active train tracks are behind the building.

This place is closer to Seoul station that you can walk around 5 min comfortable if you need to get the early morning train or flight.

They didn't have elevator , and the hotel is on 3rd floor.

It was close to Seoul Station.

The building was pretty run down and the appearance of the hotel was not great.

I picked the hotel for the strategic position since I needed to take a train, so I'd say that's a good part.The bad was comfortable and the room was fair, I just realized I needed more comfort after a +25h of travel

There's mold in some parts of the bathroom, and to be honest the shower was different from the picture I saw of the single room while booking.No cover on windows, meaning you'll get kissed by the light at any given time.Dirty and stinky stairs to get to the hostel's floor, plus some drunk people roaming around the main entrance at night.

The staff spoke good English and were accommodating and kind

There was black mold in the room, the rooms were incredibly small, the location of the property is in a very questionable area and felt quite unsafe. There was also no elevator in this building at all.

The location is good. Close to transport facilities. Not a very safe area at night. Although it looked more modern in the picture, the facility was not.

No lift no assistant very bad to take to 3rd floor

The location to Seoul Station & price are the only points that stands out from all points in consideration

1. Water seeps into the entrance area of the room from the bathroom after shower. Let the staff knows 2day in a roll & not properly rectified. 3rd nite being a Sunday, they are not able to do anything & we checked out on the 4 day early. I have to mop the entrance dry each day as the water stays over night ?2. No elevator & not advisable if you have elderly folks or intend to carry loads of stuff. 3. Noise sensitive people may not be used to staying here as the window faces the road & not too insulated, though they are providing earplugs:)

The location for work very convenient.

Third floor without lift (true its written at the very end of the confirmation email), very small and packed, the pictures are not fake, but not representative either. The bedsheets were not the most recent, not exactly stained, but in need of retirement.

The location was great. Not easy to find using Google maps though.

The smell on the stairs to the 4th floor is really bad. The bed was so hard it bruised my hip and I had to get the second mattress and put it on top.

Cheap, clean, safe

Noise, mainly from other guests disrupted my sleep every night. There was no sound insulation between my room and the reception area

The room was OK for a short one night stay. It is walking distance from the station

The "shower" was in the toilet, so the whole place gets wet when showering. As it is located close to the station, it is quite noisy: train and metro if you get a room facing the station. I thought the room was a little overpriced, but i guess you pay for the location.

Rooms are too small, no cabinets for clothes, no space to open luggages.

Location is really good if you are planning to be near Seoul Station. I booked it because of the location.

As advised, the hotel does not have a lift, so be prepared. There are rooms up another level once you enter the hotel. So do request for lower level where reception is if you dont want to climb another flight of stairs.

the location is strategic just at the exit #13 fromSeoul main station.Hotel provided 2bottle mineral water in the fridge as complimentary, allowing advance luggage dropped before check in time.

Very near to the Seoul Station.

No elevator, you need to carry your luggage through stairs. You can hear the sounds in the street.

The hotel is at the walk distance to the Seoul railway station. This is its big advantage. We left by train to the airport at 6:10 and we took the train in time.Besides, it is not far from center of city. We came there by metro, but we returned by walk.

The room is too small, but to spend one night it is ok.
